What you’ve been waiting for…a three part series of acrobatics and floreios workshops so you  can finally land those harder moves!

Capoeira has many faces and facets which have developed over the years, with the acrobatics and performance side said to be only a recent addition of the last few decades.These workshops will take a step back from focusing on the game of Capoeira and delve deeper into the aesthetic and performance side of Capoeira.  Students will learn to perform acrobatic movements which although not always practical in the game of Capoeira have become part of the contemporary Capoeira show. They will learn how to change their game and style to create a better aesthetic which is more pleasing to the onlooker.

This time around for the intermediates we are offering it as a three part series of workshops to allow for a more progressive approach letting us delve into those more complex moves which can’t be covered in just one session.
